Continued work on the tower. Its starting to come together!
Figuring out the cross bar part of the antaenna. It looks a little high to me so Im gonna have to lower it a little. I also temporarily attatched one of the shield generator domes for comparison. Along with realigning, I have much detail to do to both.

adding surface detail to the top of the bridge. Scribing panel lines and gluing on small pieces of styrene.
Today after work I built the rear antaenna array on the tower.
That's looking great so far. Good detailing!

Finalizing the detail on the surface of the bridge. I still need to do some sanding and primering then paint.

Starting work on the bridge antaenna array. Main frame is laid out i styrene, and will be detail with kitbashed pieces.
I didn't like the way the main hangar bay looked, So I decided to re-do it. I have almost completely gutted it, and have started to rebuild the back wall.
Ok, I have several things going at once on this thing now. In one of my very early posts on this thread I mentioned that I was unsure if I wanted to complete this model. I had been rushing it in the beginning, and was unhappy with a lot of it. However, since I have learned a lot on this site and have been able to pick up some more donor kits, I decided that I would not only finish the model, but I would also give it some re-fit tlc along the way. I had already posted a couple picks of the re-working I did on the bridge as I was working on the antaenna array, now I have moved to parts of the superstructure that where annoying me. I have completely removed the detail from one of the levels and am starting from scratch.
Continuing to rework the superstructure.
