gday, sorry havent replied in a while. Left the man sitting there to gather a nice layer of dust. Anyways, got back on it the last couple of weeks.

@closet geek, hah those articles are awsome.

made the hands out of stacked up 10mm foamex, its like a really dense foam. Almost like timber.

I placed a magnet at either end of the "wrists" and inside the sleeve of the arm. for removable purposes. Works a treat

For my attempts at this, this is the reference I used. I'm pretty sure there is an imeperial dimensioned version available too if you google.
