More on the nacelles

While looking at this pic of the studio model I noticed that the generators on the impulse deck didn't use ribbed styrene sheet but each individual baffle was cut from styrene. In the pic you can see where part of it broke and you can see the spacer.

So I'm in the process of doing the same thing.

REL, is this a "one off"?
There are some piping details on the nacelles that stand off and would catch and tear a rubber mold.
