In between walling up parts to mold i started on the cover to the large cargo box. still need to add a few details and scribe some lines. heres a few pics.

The size of this give me a physical punch.
Recently, I found some CGI of Betty at the AC3D site and it realized me again
this is going to be a great build.

Thanks Guys,

Jason and I started working on the Cone, this is going to be Printed out. so heres a few Pics of the start of it in Solidworks.

The Dims are 12.5 Diameter Base, 9 inch high and the upper diameter is 4.50 inches. so its going to be big and have to be broken into sections to be printed. then assembled and molded.

Got the molds boxed up, will Pour them Sunday. Had to take a break and poke some holes in some paper.

Also got this new Vac Former, its 24"x24" its heated by a propane burner. Did a quick test and works great.

Went good. Its was a nice day here 70 degrees lots of Sun, Got to Love South Texas.

Got some molds done, came out great, brushed the first coat on to get the silicone into all the fine details to ensure no air bubbles. then vibrated the table for a few minutes to lift any air bubbles to the top. Next will Gel coat the molds and lay up Epoxy fiberglass for the parts.

That's the greatest mold I've ever saw. Cant wait to see the first pull.
The color looks like the thing I saw at the dentist office.
