Since the original thread was deleted by mistake and there's a renewed interest in the subject I thought I'd re-post my buildup.
Remember that when I did this PD there was little reference available so a lot of parts were scratchbuilt. I give kudos to those that have improved on my original PD, keep up the great work.

Rolando's back!
This is one of the all-time best scratch-builds on this forum, folks. This is how it's done. Rolando is also primarily responsible for most of what we know about the SW-ANH Escape Pod, having built his own, also completely from scratch. Both models later became the master patterns for very popular resin kits produced by Steve N.
Guess I didn't realize the original thread had been deleted, Ro. It really sucks how much great information we lost during some of the more recent board transitions. Thanks for reposting this!
My pleasure, just thought people would enjoy seeing the evolution of when I originally built the PD and what folks are doing with theirs to update it.
Good to see how this prop grew Ro, i recall seeing some of the build pics a long time ago, nice to see them again while the subject is embedded in my brain, thanks for posting them again.

Awesome stuff Rolando, Never seen this before so its great to see how you did it, and great to be able to update it also, neither of which would happen with out some serious time and energy and skills on your part.
It will be nice to see mine finished when I get a chance, This is a subject that will always be top of any hardcore ESB builders list, Not that I am but its still top of my list. Thanks for putting in all that hard work in the first place.
