Just want to throw some respect in vaderdarths direction for doing a great job pulling all the strings and helping Steve solve these matters. Respect man. Totally duuuude :-)

Thanks KrokoHunter, that means a lot to me. Steve is no villain. I'm trying to help the guy out and he's slowly digging out of this hole. When this TIE wing is done, 90% of this backlog will be wiped clean. except for a couple odds and ends. Once his slate is clean he will not dig this hole again! I'll have to kill him otherwise. Seriously he's only been able to cast resin for the last couple weeks ever since his hospitalization. It was crap timing, but his health had to take priority. This has nothing to do with his prior poor management and how he got here in the first place. This is about cleaning the slate and getting back to zero so he can close the door on this part of his life. Trust me, he doesn't want to revisit this mess ever again after this. He's got a great set of friends who have been working their collective azzes off to get this backlog in the history books. He takes far more time than is necessary thanking us for helping him make all this right with you guys.

I won't lie, I've gotten my share of frustrated over this backlog because things do not move as quickly as I would like, but I also acknowledge that a man can do only so much at a time and though you folks don't see a new TIE wing as progress for the backlog, yes it does mean that the backlog guys will get a better wing than they initially paid for. This wing is a true accomplishment and lots of great guys have worked on it to make this TIE kit freaking phenomenal. Those of you who got the improved interceptor body, know what I'm talking about. This kit is gonna be pretty incredible. I know it's been a long time in the making but the end product will be well worth the wait. This new wing is like 30X better than the one you "almost got". Same for the cockpit and doodads. He's gonna unveil pics of the lab grown Koolshade to be used in this kit and your jaw will hit the floor. These pics we've been showing illustrate what will become the standard and deluxe TIE wings. Nothing on the market will compare.

So guys please don't get disjointed over pics of new product, it truly does relate to the backlog in a big big way. If it didn't I wouldn't have posted it here.

Got the tie pilots when he shipped my Tie Interceptor, I'm currently missing some Tie wing parts and full Tydirium Shuttle kit.

Thanks GF. Tie wings are being remastered, but what parts specifically? Also we haven't gotten to the shuttles yet. However he did finally figure out what to do on casting the shuttle wing successfully this past Saturday so there has been progress.

Steve is gonna contact you. He has the customs # for your cockpit package........he luckly made 4 of them so he's dropping a second one in the mail to you. You will likely get them both, he just wants to make sure

Cool. Have a minor update on TIE fighters:

Resin koolshade and TIE wing star master pattern have been finished and are now with Steve. He's sending to his mould guy who will create moulds to reproduce it for a cost effective version of the hero models for those that don't want to shell out that much dough for the real stuff.

He will also send me the TIE wing star (new master pattern) and the resin Koolshade and I am planning on building the new standard wing, again which will go to the mould maker as one single wing piece. The whole wing will then be moulded in one piece and become the new standard wing. It should look identical to the hero wings from the film. Pics should be posted soon. As soon as these babies get in rubber, the TIE's will finally be finished up and shipped out and we can finish clearing this backlog.
