    I wouldn't mate and demate the model from the stand too much.

    Yeah well, after 3 falcons I can feel your pain. That's hardly acceptable in my opinion for something so expensive, I'm glad another company has the SW license now, hope they can improve things like this.

    Ohh that sucks--I hope mine keeps working perfectly- I feel lucky-I had no problems with either my falcon or my enterprise and I got great paint jobs on both.

    The latest at that site is that spinning the model on the stand can make the contact socket unscrew from the mounting shaft.

    THough I cant imagine how much spinning it would take in one direction to accomplish this, I usually only turn it a bit this way and that.
