F&M Viper Mark 7 Commission Build
All,
I bought this kit when it first came out with the intention of getting started on it right away. (As I intend with all my kits!). Unfortunately it just wasn't happening. So I contacted a fellow RPF board member who had built up a Pro Shop X-Wing for me. The results were the same as previous...STUNNING!. I just got her back today and enen though the Post Office had some fun with the package, it was nothing a little glue, paint, and patience couldn't fix. Many thanks to Apophis for making this happen for me...again! Also big shout out to Frank and Moe for producing this!

I'm not a fan of the "freckles." Is that weathering or is it supposed to be riddled with bullet holes? That aside though, the build up and paint on this is stunning. I especially love the wear around the edges of the panel lines, and the covered damage replacement panels. Great build up!

Looks better now that you have it back together Evan! i packed her in foam padding 360 degrees and cut the foam to fit around the model, but it still got beaten to death!
Those spots are weathering, and supposed to be pits and pock marks from hot shrapnal from exploding raiders, Im glad you like it Evan. |

I haven't seen many buildups of this baby, but this one is frickin' awesome. I can only hope mine turns out even half as good!

 Also, Daaang look at the Eagles! Hope to see one of those hecka_cheap in the JY some day.
