Cylon Tanker Part Maps

Hi Guys. I've been inspired by Sean's Cylon Tanker, to get back to work on mine.
I posted these maps over at Studio Scale Modelers, a while back. I'm hoping some
of the Guru's here can help ID some or all of the remaining ID's. I appreciate any help, Cheers,

Joe

P.S. The first 3 pictures are of Jim C's great model. The bottom pics are the original studio model.

Sweet! Ive started collecting kits for this and I've molded my wostok parts for the sides. The only problem with them is that the glue that came with the model leaked and pitted the parts. Bondo is cheaper than multiple wostoks though.

P.S. I'm really curious about #10 On the bottom rear. Is that some tiny airplane fuse. That freaky little bugger has bothered me since I first saw the picture.

It's very close to the main section of the Airfix Bloodhound missile, but doesn't seem to be a match. Maybe some similar kit?

Or a very small SR-71!

Re: Cylon Tanker Part Maps

Thanks man, great pictures. You can never have too many. I hope we can get these maps fleshed out. I've looked at them for hours and hours. Hopefully someone with new eyes can help find some more of these parts. I won't say I won't find more of them, but until I get some more kit's, I'll need help, Cheers,

Re: Cylon Tanker Part Maps

On Bottom,
11 - pretty sure it is in the Stasbourg or Dunkerqe decking
12 and 13 - I think the correct ones are in the JPS kit
14 is the Fujimi 1/48 F-15
15 - I think it was in the Has. Yamato? or maybe the Big Yamato (found after I scratched mine)
23 - pretty sure in the railgun
18 - 88mm
23 - Pretty sure it's in the railgun
29 and 30 are same part - either in the 88mm or the 8rad

Rear Section (1st Pic)
15 - Tirpitz
28 - Railgun

Rear Section (2nd Pic)
9 - Tirpitz
16 - SatV
17 - 88mm
25 - 88mm

I think a couple are confusing as they are duplicated in different angles.

I'll try to get back and remember some more soon.
-Sean

Re: Cylon Tanker Part Maps

Hi Guys, I made a PDF of the Cylon Tanker Kit List. It's just like the one for the Galactica, only a lot shorter, I'm missing two kit scans. If anyone has them, please post them and I'll add them to the list. Also if anyone knows of any kits that need to be added, let me know, Cheers,

Joe
