SS Scale yes. Price tag, we haven't talked about that yet. Depends a bit on the production costs.

I have a question regarding the intake, specifically the protruding section in the center edge. Is this a cover for a forward mounting point? Because I΄ve seen photos of the same model with the step in the edge and without. Is this an extra part on your model? It doesn΄t look that way but maybe it΄s just a very tight fit. And do the pencil lines mark the rectangular cutouts in the center plate?

Too bad I΄ve already got the 1/24 B-Wing, your kit would have saved me a lot of work of fixing errors, while all the basic shapes are incorrect to start with. Your master looks excellent!

It's simple, Ive made a new one. I suppose it's a cover for forward mounting, on my old masters I didn't make the protruding section, but now I have.
That part can't be pulled out on my masters, something for the build to make. Pencil lines are just pencil lines, no reason for those to be there, maybe the lines where there before I cut it.

Or motorcycle? I took a cruise through this site today, but couldn't find anything:

    Hobby Search Model Car Store

Wasn't this kit on shelves around ROTJ time? I was looking through it for any familiar shapes (Tamiya Kawasaki 1/6 scale Z 1300). It's kind of hazy in the background of an ILM shop pic. It seems to be Tamiya Kawasaki, but I'm not sure if it's this one:

For instance, this is the battery top for that bike. Wrong part, but maybe the right direction.

And the second pic reminds me of that gun base that you show on the left. Strange shape. Again, wrong part but maybe correct direction. This part is off of the harley with side car on the second page of 1/6 motorcycles. The part I'm talking about is the flared part.

Scott, yes there was a Kawasaki used in ROTJ, on the ATST, i found it, and i cant recall, what kit, think it was a black bike......im getting on a bit mate...memory is hazy .

Could be a bike battery yes, but id check all the big Ferrari's too, seeing as they loan out a few parts to the B wing.

Midnight Special is the next one on the 1/6 bikes listed on that site. I've seen it mentioned before as a source for another studio scale model.

thanks for the input, I have decided to scratch it. Nearly the only thing I need to build, so I guess a scratch will do.

They used the Kawasaki Z1300 Tourer on the ROTJ AT-ST (anyway that's what I used, the regular Z1300 looks to have the same brake disk) and on the Lambda Shuttle (not sure if the regular Z1300 would do the trick for this one), but they also used plenty of other 1/6 Tamiya motorcycles, mainly to details props (helmets : Scout Trooper etc).
