Here are some pix of my turbine powered Batwing--almost ready for Toledo show--painting this weekend--utilizes a 40 lb thrust Jetcat P-180 -all epoxy Nomex construction-retractable gear and doors-disc brakes and --speed brakes -raised rivets and panel lines

The first prototype flew over 10 years ago-required 30 molds to produce this thing--this is just an improved version with the lastest turbine from Jetcat--complete autostart with internal kerostart--and thanks for the support-I'm new on this list==I'm basically an RC er--love unique things--here is a pic of my last project and yes turbine powered also

Nomex? Bat-stuff? Now THAT is what I CALL 'advacnded'. Except in the good way. :lol

Ay-mazing. :thumbsup

You know, it's not often that a studio scale replica has the potential to decapitate its builder or do significant structural damage to a building - which is why I think I like this so damn much.

The newbee has cojones, folks. :thumbsup

Let's us know how this goes.

AMAZING!

If you ever decide to sell the body castings, let me know. That would make an awesome display to hang in my shop!

LOVE ME SOME KEATON BATWING! :love:love:love:love:love:love

Even if it didn't fly, it's still a cool design. I always liked it's silhouette against the moon in the movie. The size of this thing displayed in home theater would definitely be something to envy.
