1/24th scale Ultra Probe Command Module
Finally got started on mine.
Parts are left to soak overnight  Hosted on FotkiNose is glued together with super glue. I ran a bead of epoxy putty along the seam to strengthen it.  Hosted on FotkiNose is puttied  Hosted on FotkiI added styrene strips to the body the add thickness. It's a little thin in those areas. I then glued the top body onto the nose  Hosted on FotkiAlignment pins on the lower body are removed  Hosted on FotkiPropland gave me the tip to add styrene to the sides. I used .188" x .125 strip. The assembled side
 Hosted on FotkiI added styrene windows and disk backings  Hosted on FotkiI glued the cone top and bottom together.  Hosted on FotkiThe cone is super glued to the body. The part was glued one section at time with kicker until the warp was straightened out  Hosted on FotkiPutty time.  Hosted on FotkiThat's all for tonight |
