1/12 Viper gear oops...

So,
Spent the weekend scratch building a landing gear for another TOS 1/12 (HUGE) Viper. I had been playing with the scale and printing them out. Accidently grabbed the smaller prints (about 80% to scale), and merrily built all three gear. Then, before painting, I put them up to the other built big Viper to check scale, and.... OOOOOPS, I saw it was wayyyyy too small!! So, I guess these will just go on the side as a set of gear with no Viper, and I'm restarting the build process to the correct scale.....

The good news is, I learned a lot building them, so I have some new ideas that will make this second round look better (Including real rubber wheels, which are some nice grommets that fit the bill nicely!)

Back to the bench...

I would just like to know ,where do you get a 1/12 scale Viper....cant seem to locate anywhere.....

Here's a progress update, still need to finish the rear strut on these back gear and a few more greeblies along with the 'rib' under the ski's. The rubber grommets are working out great for the wheels, and I cast up the smaller rims.

First shot is a comparison of the 'wrong' sized gear, so you can see how much bigger this new one is. It's also a lot more solid, and the lines are coming out straighter, so it's definitely coming out to be a better gear. Second pic shows the wheels a bit better and the other side.
